Despicable Me Minion Cupcakes

If you haven't seen Despicable Me, go rent or buy it ASAP. It's one of the cutest movies.
I made these cupcakes for my mom's third grade class. They're super cute and super easy to make!

Cupcake Pumpkin

Happy Halloween!
This Halloween I made my pumpkin a cupcake. Fitting, right?
Please excuse this terrible picture of Will and I, I hate it.

Toy Story Cupcakes

These Toy Story cupcakes were really the first cupcakes I've ever made for someone I didn't know, which was really exciting for me. And not only that, these cupcakes were very special. They were for a little boy who was turning 3 and LOVES Toy Story. His house burnt down about a week before his birthday, and unfortunately all of his presents and all of their things were ruined by the fire. Of course, when one of my sorority sisters told me about this devastating fire and asking people to donate and old clothing or toys for the children and the family, I don't think she expected cupcakes, but all I could think about was this poor little boy's birthday and how he deserved something special.
And so, I made him some Toy Story cupcakes.

Reeces Cup....cakes

Reece's cup...cakes. Aren't they cute?
They look like mini cupcakes and yet they are really just a frosted Reece's cup. So easy!

Ladybug Pretzels

For Kappa Delta recruitment I decided to make these ladybug pretzels, as the ladybug is one of our symbols.
They were super easy, and pretty cute (although a bit messy).

Chocolate Andes Mint Cake

Here is the slightly catastrophic, but delicious, Andes mint cake I made for my sister Jenn's 23rd birthday this year.
Here's the actual undecorated cake with the chocolate ganache coating.

Banana Caramel Cupcakes

I'm not typically a very healthy person, but the one thing I will eat often is fruit. And one of my favorites are banana.
And what goes better with banana then caramel? (Come on, that's still slightly "healthy," right?)

Cotton Candy Cookie Pops

Who doesn't love cotton candy? I know I do. And I had wanted to make something extra special for the arrival of my nephew Christopher Michael, born August 17th (yes, I'm just now putting these up).
You can't see very well (which I didn't realize when I took these pictures, sorry!!) but it says "Welcome baby Christopher" on the three middle cookies.

Volleyball Cake Pops

I really like the idea of cake pops, so I thought I would try it and make some volleyball pops for our preseason camp.
Unfortunately they didn't go well and I ended up just trying to decorate them any way that I could.
