You won't believe this chocolate cupcake recipe is vegan.
It has a wonderful moist chocolaty flavor and is my go-to chocolate cupcake recipe.
Chocolate (I can't believe there's no butter) Vegan Cupcake Recipe
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Mix dry ingredients. Combine with wet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or so.
Yields 12-18 large cupcakes.
